Ces surcharges mentales, \u00e9motionnelles et ces crispations physiques rendent n\u00e9cessaire des moments de ressourcement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#b2d5c7ed\">\n<p>Le Shiatsu permet de retrouver un meilleur \u00e9quilibre en calmant le syst\u00e8me nerveux, en lib\u00e9rant la respiration et en assouplissant les tensions musculaires.<br>Notre syst\u00e8me th\u00e9orique permet \u00e9galement de faire des liens entre des \u00e9tats \u00e9motionnels et des \u00e9tats physiques (ex : accumulation de tensions \u00e9motionnelles\/frustration peuvent cr\u00e9er des maux de t\u00eate ou de l\u2019insomnie).
