Ces surcharges mentales, \u00e9motionnelles et ces crispations physiques rendent n\u00e9cessaire des moments de ressourcement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>Le Shiatsu permet de retrouver un meilleur \u00e9quilibre en calmant le syst\u00e8me nerveux, en lib\u00e9rant la respiration et en assouplissant les tensions musculaires.<br>L\u2019accompagnement permet \u00e9galement de faire parfois des liens entre des \u00e9tats \u00e9motionnels et des \u00e9tats physiques (ex : accumulation de tensions \u00e9motionnelles\/frustration peuvent cr\u00e9er des maux de t\u00eate ou de l\u2019insomnie). L&rsquo;objectif du shiatsu \u00e0 pour seul objectif d&rsquo;optimiser le bien \u00eatre, le confort et la qualit\u00e9 de vie des personnes qui s&rsquo;adressent \u00e0 moi.
