{"id":315,"date":"2024-03-07T16:17:03","date_gmt":"2024-03-07T15:17:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/almafreymulller-shiatsu.fr\/?page_id=315"},"modified":"2024-03-19T18:55:42","modified_gmt":"2024-03-19T17:55:42","slug":"mobilite-au-bureau","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/almafreymulller-shiatsu.fr\/index.php\/ressources__trashed\/mobilite-au-bureau\/","title":{"rendered":"Mobilit\u00e9 au bureau"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Voici quelques conseils pour pr\u00e9venir les raideurs du corps du \u00e0 l\u2019immobilit\u00e9 au travail : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire du sport 1 ou plusieurs fois dans la semaine est important mais la pr\u00e9vention face \u00e0 la s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9, consiste \u00e9galement \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 bouger plus de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale dans chaque journ\u00e9e.<br>Tout les petits gestes comptes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trouver comment marcher dans la journ\u00e9e que ce soit le matin, \u00e0 la pause de midi (aide dig\u00e9rer et \u00e0 prendre du soleil pendant la journ\u00e9e, essentiel pour beaucoup de ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne dans le corps dont la r\u00e9gulation du sentiment de bien \u00eatre et du sommeil) ou \u00e0 la fin de sa journ\u00e9e de travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le matin en venant au travail : si possible se garer un peu plus loin ou s\u2019arr\u00eater 1 ou 2 arr\u00eats plus t\u00f4t pour marcher ou y aller en v\u00e9lo. Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer les escaliers \u00e0 un ascenseur m\u00eame sur 1 \u00e9tage. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans la journ\u00e9e : Se lever 5min toutes les heures, aller boire un verre d\u2019eau, marcher- bouger, aller aux toilettes, discuter, regarder au loin par une fen\u00eatre (pour aider les yeux) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avoir une chaise qui permet plus de mouvement et une souris ergonomique. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En rentrant chez soi : Prendre un moment pour couper avec sa journ\u00e9e m\u00eame 10min. M\u00e9ditation, relaxation, Qi Qong, ou autre activit\u00e9 ressour\u00e7ante. Pour permettre de ne pas garder les tensions de la journ\u00e9e encore toute la soir\u00e9e. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avoir 1x par semaine ou plus, une activit\u00e9 sportive de moyenne\/haute intensit\u00e9 (natation, randonn\u00e9, arts Martiaux, etc). Faire du sport permet de renforcer ses muscles, la mobilit\u00e9 des articulations et son adaptabilit\u00e9 au position statique. Ainsi qu\u2019entretenir notre c\u0153ur et la circulation sanguine, cela fait du bien au moral, nous aide \u00e0 perdre du gras et permet un meilleur sommeil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prendre le temps 1 ou plusieurs fois dans la journ\u00e9e pour faire des mouvements de tout le corps.
