Si pratiqu\u00e9e r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, elle apporte \u00e9norm\u00e9ment comme une meilleur capacit\u00e9 de concentration, une meilleure respiration, une meilleure gestion du stress et des \u00e9motions, encourage un meilleur sommeil. Elle va notamment permettre de mieux g\u00e9rer la douleur et diminuer l&#8217;inflammation et la pression art\u00e9rielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e9ditation peut prendre plusieurs formes : simplement sur une chaise les yeux ouvert ou pratiquez en tailleur sur un zaffu les yeux ferm\u00e9s, en marchant en se concentrant sur sa respiration.
